This internal web application was built to help process and classify tender bids for Forcaco worldwide. Different users with various role have to complete evaluation forms which are send automatically escalated for approval in case of positive risk assessment.

Challenge

Background

Foraco already had an outdated platform which we had to refactor from scratch.

Mission

The initial challenge was to fully understand the data flow, constraint and the whole evaluation process, for which tender bids have to be escalated. Various parameters had to be taken into consideration in order to automate the process.

Solution

Solution

The solution delivered is a major improvement of the previous system, with automated process and workflow along with complete analytics dashboard. The application is currently used by the Foraco team worldwide.

Deliverables

The solution has been developed with a modern web framework and deployed on AWS cloud for better security, scalability and data redundancy management.
